Charming Cosy Country House, 20 min from Deauville

This Charming country house is located in a gated and secure private property with direct access to a gym, tennis court. It comes fully furnished with free Wifi and a home-cinema for cosy nights in with your family. You're in the heart of the forest so can do amazing bike rides or long walks. Honfleur and Deauville are only 20 min away, we are 1h away from Ohama beach, making this the perfect spot to rest after a long day of sight-seeing. This super cosy house will definitely make your stay unforgettable. It comes fully furnished with four bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms (two 1.6X2m beds, and one with a 1,40x2m bed and a smaller bedroom ( 120x2m bed) There is a possibility to put an extra bed in one of the double rooms or in the single room if needed. There are two bathrooms upstairs, (they come with a bathtub!) right next to the master bedroom as well as one of the double bedrooms - you also have one downstairs with a shower for the morning. There is also a fully equipped kitchen ( with micro-wave, oven, dish washer, fridge, freezer, washing machine and all appliances you need to cook an amazing dinner after a long day out). You'll also find a home cinema next to the living room. There is free Wifi, free parking places for cars and also a garage on demand. The house belongs to the private domain of mont st Leger where you can have access to a tennis court and ping pong ( there is also a ping pong table in the house.) The property is super safe, so children will enjoy the places and also the activities! The beaches of Deauville and Trouville are only 15 km away. You'll find many beautiful villages around, including the small town of Honfleur wich is delightful. It is a perfect mixture of countryside and seaside - the perfect spot for a family looking to discover the wonders of Normandy! You'll have access to the whole property. It is located in a gated private property meaning it is very safe for your children to go from the house to the communal house by themselves. There is also a free gym, as well as a bar and library in/next to the communal house. Our neighbours are very friendly so feel free to ask around for tips/directions if needed :) The local supermarket is accessible in 10 min by car. Deauville and Honfleur and are only 20 min away. There are many cider breweries and stud farms places nearby as well as amazing local restaurants. Make sure to pay a visit to the cheese shop in Pont-l'Évêque (The closest town) which is truly delicious. Le domaine bénéficie d'une salle de sport (gratuite) ainsi que d'un bar et d'une bibliothèque pour les plus férus de littérature. Ils se situent tous deux dans la maison principale du domaine, appelée 'château '. Nos voisins sont tous très sympathiques, de ce fait n'hésitez pas a leur demander de l'aide si vous avez besoin to conseils. Le supermarché le plus proche se situe dans la ville de Pont-l'Évêque, à dix minutes en voiture. Deauville et Honfleur sont à vint minutes en voiture. Les visites de Haras ainsi que de fermes cidricoles sont à faire - ainsi que de nombreuses randonnées. Enfin, n'oubliez pas de vous laisser tenter par la fromagerie de Pont-l'Évêque, afin de goûter le délicieux fromage qui en porte le nom ENGLISH If you're arriving by train, you can arrive to either Deauville or Pont-L'Eveque but I reckon it will be easier to rent a car from Deauville. You'll definitely need a car to move around and visit Normandy. The closest town is Pont L'Eveque and is only 10 min away by car. FRANÇAIS Si vous arrivez en train, vous pouvez choisir Deauville ou Pont-l'Évêque - il serait probablement plus facile de choisir Deauville car vous pourrez plus facilement y trouver une voiture de location, qui vous sera indispensable. La ville la plus proche est Pont-l'Évêque et se situe à 10 minutes en voiture. Unfortunately the fireplace doesn't work - PLEASE DO NOT USE IT!! It won't work and could cause a fire. Please be respectful of the house and the surroundings.
