Dream House - Kala Nera

The house is located less than 100m from the beach. It is warm and cosy,with environmentally friendly radiators for the winter days while it remains quite cool during the summer days. It is a quiet place also suitable for families.There are 2 bedrooms,a kitchen one bathroom and a private balcony. It's located in a place which provides plenty of alternatives, with a range of commercial shops.Kala Nera is also a place where the visitors have the opportunity to organize a cruise to Skiathos island. Please keep the hours of common silence. After the acceptance of your reservation, please send a photo of the passport of the person who resarvate the house, otherwise the rasarvation will be cancelled. (the passport number is needed accordand to the greek tax law)
