Modern One Bedroom Private Ground Floor Annexe

Our modern Annexe is located next door to our main home. It has its own private access and parking to the front. Ideally located for easy access to the M3 & M4 motorway network and close to Rivervale Barn, Warbrook House & The Elvetham wedding venues. There are three very good Pubs withing walking distance, all do superb food. There is a village shop and all local amenities close by. Wellington Country Park and California Country Park are also within easy access. Our Annexe is ideal for one person, however it can accommodate a couple for a short period. It has a double bedroom with bedside table and wardrobe, a large en-suite shower room, open plan living room/kitchen with full size oven and hob, microwave oven and dishwasher. The Annexe is self contained and our guests have full use of all of its private space. We provide ; breakfast essentials; fruit, cereal, bread, milk, juice, tea and coffee etc. We live right next door and available if you need anything. Eversley Cross is a beautiful village complete with village pond, local shop and three pubs which all do wonderful food, all within walking distance with more choices a short drive away. The next village has everything you may need and there is a large Waitrose close by. There is a bus stop close by, however the buses do run infrequently, we would suggest a car is essential we do own a small Cocker Spaniel, he is very friendly but will not interfere with your stay.....unless you want him to!
