We offer an exceptionally large three bedroom apartment with a spacious lounge area and well equipped kitchen with dining area. The master bedroom has a super king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Two further bedrooms have a supering size bed which can be split into singles and a double bed. All bedrooms have wardrobed and drawers. A further bathroom has a bath and shower. Bedrooms are located down stairs with the amazing open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen upstairs from where you can admire the wonderful view of the Yorkshire Wolds. The property has an enclosed outside garden area. Our property is non smoking. We welcome well behaved dogs (up to 2). The property was converted in 2018 ready for opening in 2019 and we have tried to maintain as many of the original features as we can. We are in a beautiful rural location in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds with access to the Wolds Way from our farm. The area is ideal for walking and cycling. Our nearest village is 2 miles away, and our nearest town, Beverley is 6 miles away.
