Flora's Garden House - close to Schinias beach

The private country house is located in a quit community within a walking distance from the famous Schinias beach, the Olympic Rowing centre, the Schinias National Park and the Trophy of the Battle of Marathon. The house was built in an island architecture style with a pharos. Guests have exclusive access to the house and the spacious garden including various flowers and trees (roses, palm and fruit trees). It is an ideal place to chill out, nearby Athens! The house sleeps 5 people (maximum 8 when the sofa beds in the living room are included). Totally, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main house comprises two bedrooms, one bathroom, a large living room with kitchen area and a verandah. The verandah, in which an outdoor dining and seating room with a TV exist, leads down to the outdoor garden sofa and the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and a LCD 32’’ TV there is also in the living room. The third bedroom and the second bathroom are in a detached place behind the main house where a huge backyard also exist. There is an open parking and a lot of space inside the property where cars can be parked. The house has its own entrance and you will have sole exclusive use of the whole property. The house is equipped with sheets and towels. - 4 minutes from the famous long beach of Schinias and the incredible natural beauty of the ancient & rare ecosystem of the protected park (Natura 2000). There you will find beach bars, restaurants and mini-markets. - 5 min walking distance from the parks & playgrounds of the neighboorhood - 45 minutes from Athens International Airport. - 25 minutes from the Port of Rafina and 15 minutes from the port of Agia Marina (ferries to Aegean islands). - 1 hour to the historical centre of Athens (Acropolis, Temple of Olympian Zeus, etc.). Guests can use the two bikes that the house offers for short distances (e.g., beach, minimarket, grocery). The most convenient means of transport is the car or the taxi.
