Cider press refurbished as a flat

The Pressoir is independent from the Manor house. A lawn and a large pond separate the two places. The kitchen is fully equiped. A large room shares lounge, fire place, large dining area and kitchen. The bedroom, bathroom and toilets are separated. The park around the water offers a peacefull atmospher and is obviously free access. No protection for children. Possible access to a biliard room and fitness equipment. Most of the time we are on site and available for assistance. No neighbors, just wild ducks and carps. Falaise is a charming "humam size" town with enough good restaurants and nice shops. Plenty of space is available to park the car(s)
