As Host/Caretaker I live in the downstairs in a separate apartment with my own separate locking entrance to the outside. Other than check in and check out I do not interact with guests unless help or information is requested. This is a quiet private road that winds up a hill in beautiful Covina Highlands, east of Los Angeles in the San Gabriel Valley. It's close - within 5-10 min to California Polytechnic (Cal Poly), Mount Sac College, shopping malls, restaurants and grocery stores. Freeway entrance is very close at bottom of hill but no freeway noise here. The Metro train is in Covina, just 10 min away, that will take you to Pasadena, downtown and westside of LA including Santa Monica and Venice Beach. Metro also goes East to Claremont/San Bernardino.
