The house is located in a big plot of land of over 2.000s.m full of beautiful sitting areas and relaxing spots. The neighbourhood itself is very peaceful and quiet and offers unique privacy. The Estate is surrounded by other private houses with quiet residents. The house is ,lcated in a total natural environment where you can get in touch with nature, take hikes in nearby forests and bills, go cycling, enjoy reading, relaxing and even Bird watching. Finally it offers unique sunsets that just take your breath away, with a pallet of colours of pink, golden, purple for those ideal photos of yours!!!! The villa is a two floor maisonnete of 160 s.m with spectacular views, huge balconies and a huge open plan living room-dining area with a big fully equipped kitchen with all the devices and utensils. The kitchen has all the appliances needed and even a dishwasher. A separate laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer is available in the premises. The open plan living room has a wonderful view of the village of Oropos and the sea up to where your eye can see. The two bedrooms are airy with big closets and double beds with very comfortable mattresses. The big bathroom is huge very stylish and unique in design. The smaler one is like a breeze of the sea 2ith its beautiful blue tiles and nicd lights.The house is very modernly furnished in an elegant way. The architecture which combines both modern and Greek classical design with its arches and pillars makes it very unique. The views are as if you are in HEAVEN, and the two hectares the house stands on- is an amazing green space of tranquillity and relaxation. The visitors have access to the whole two hectares land of the ESTATE, which is in a totally natural surrounding full of pine and olive trees. In the garden there are various nice sitting spots with tables and cahirs, a swing, sunbeds, a pergola and a BBQ which all guests are free to use at normal hours. Upon your arrival in Oropos centre, we will be expecting you to take you to our Beautiful Villa and show you around. We will also be available for your assistance or any Information you might need about the local area or anything else you might require throughout your stay at any time. We will be looking forward to welcoming you with soft drinks and snacks. Oropos is an easily reached destination very popular throughout the summer months due to its clean beaches and activities that can be undertaken as well as various forms of entertainment. The coastal area which is just 3k.m away from the house offers an array of beach bars, cafes and restaurants all kinds of shops and supermarkets, fun fair park's for children, kids play areas and much more. The centre of Oropos is very vibrant and lively offering the visitor a superb shopping experience and entertainment from trendy cafes and bars to open air cinemas, ice cream shops, fish taverns and many others. If you are a sports enthusiast there plenty things to do from swimming as Oropos has many clean beaches some with pebbles and some with sand, diving, tubing,jet skiing, sailing to paragliding and wind surfing and many other fun water sports.
