It offers one double bedroom with a wardrobe, dressing table and a flat TV. There is an open space kitchen and living room with a three seater sofa that turns into a double bed. Also a dining table and one large smart TV. Both areas offer A/C units. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and all sorts of appliances to prepare your meals. A modern and clean bathroom with shower is available and we provide Shampoo, soap and other essentials and toiletries. Our guests can use, free of charge, the washing machine, also present in the bathroom. Adequate heating is provided in winter and cooling in summer through two air conditioning units, one located in the bedroom and the second one on the living room. You will definitely love the wonderful terrace roofed with an electric sun-shader. There is an outdoor sitting/dining area ideal for enjoying your drinks and meals or just reading your book outdoors. Our younger guests will love our little corner with kids' furniture and various toys. A handy outdoors tap is also available to wash off sand when you get back from the beach. At close reach you can find a supermarket, kiosk, bakery, bank, post office, pharmacy and many other different kinds of goods and services offered in the town such as a gym, rent-a-car, dentist, physiotherapy or hairdresser. There is also a bus stop at 20m of distance, offering daily frequent routes to the central Chania and around the area. At 50m. of distance you can reach the seafront where most of the restaurants and cafes are located. Don’t miss our famous seaside fish taverns popular for the local fresh fish coming daily straight from the fishermen’s boats. The picturesque fishermen port of Kolymvari is also in our area. Well worth a visit early in the morning to witness fishermen unloading fresh fish from their little boats. Also don’t miss the nearby picturesque villages of Spilia, Marathokefala or Vouves. To the west, you will find the beaches of Ravdoucha, the world famous Falasarna beach, and Balos peninsula with its iconin lagoon beach. Elafonisi and Kedrodasos are located to the southwest and to the south there is Paleochora, Sougia, and many more wonderful destinations. To the east, the nearby seaside resort of Platanias offering many shops, services, water sports but also bars and nightclubs. Finally central Chania and the cosmopolitan Venetian Harbour are just a 27 minute drive away!
