Eigener Eingang, viel Abstand - Natur-Pause Linz

Hello! I'm Frauke and happy if you come to visit us. The quiet, sunny apartement is an independent part of our beautiful property in the resort Naturpark Rhein-Westerwald. You have access to the large garden with an amazing view in the valley. Friends of nature and hiking will be happy here, as well as those who just want to relax in peace. The historical village of Linz, but also metropes like Cologen, Bonn and Koblenz are nearby. We have the apartment newly renovated . The bathtub is huge and, if you like, all bubbles, but you can shower there as well. The king size (180 x 200) bed ist suitable for tall people since there are two duvets in 155 x 220 oversize. The third bed, the sofa (100 x 200) in the living room, is suitable for one adult, not oversize... If you habe small children, please let us know in advance. Watch out, there is a pond! Games, books, garden etc are waiting for you! Since you are guests in our own private house, we assume that you close for lighting and electric appliances when you leave the apartment and otherwise deal with all due care - as if it was your own home :-) You have your own sunny terrace and part of the garden, the whole garden is open to you. There is a little pond as well, beware in case of very small children!! We finally got internet access (via WLAN), but do not offer netflix. We are next door if something is needed, unclear or you want tips. Nevertheless everybody has their privacy. Please note: The floor is made from stone, some people describe it aas cold. And even since there are dark blinds in the sleeping room there will not be 100% darkness. We are a friendly, caring little village-community. And we have small children and cats. So please, drive slowly!! Please no pets. Also: It is a Non smoking household. Smoking only outside on the terrace. In addition, all are here to enjoy the peace and nature, for example, to observe birds. Therefore, no loud parties - of course, to cozy barbecue on the terrace, etc. there is no objection.
