Quiet appt with great view!

The appt is very quiet and has very much day light and sunlight. The shopping center with many supermarkets take out restaurants are just right next to the flat. ONE METRO STOP FROM AHOY. Ps no tv connection but VCR with many dvd’s Large living room, bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet, kitchen, closet with vacuumcleaner, laundry racks, iron and ironing board, one small bedroom with empty wardrobe. Clotheshangers and shelve space. Living room / kitchen/ bathroom/ separate toilet / 1 bedroom I will be there upon arrival. I will leave the same day - in case of late arrival i will leave the next morning ( i will stay in the 2nd bedroom) - i will be available on (Hidden by Airbnb) . In case of early Departure I will come by the evening before your departure and stay over in the 2nd bedroom so you can leave early. 1 metro stop from AHOY. Many supermarkets and other stores just below the appartment. Also various take- out restaurants just downstairs in the shopping area. Close to ‘zuiderpark’ A free parking lot next to the flat. Otherwise metro station less than 10 min walk, bus stop at 3 minutes walk. Please NO SMOKING. There is a balcony, if you smoke please only outside and not inside with the doors open.
