Large wooden house on a 4 acres property inside an estate of 40 acres dedicated to wooden houses. The place is absolutly quiet and offers lovely views on the surrounding landscape. The pool is well heated and secured and is 19 meters long. There is also a trampoline , a swing and a barbecue place. All volumes are big and all rooms have large windows. Bed sheets and towels are provided as well as some cleaning during your stay. A large collection of dvd are left for you. you should love it . There is no such estate in france with big pieces of land and high quality houses . It is very well situated here in Normandy because of the proximity of honfleur, deauville and caen. You will have access to every part of the house but the garage. I rely very confidently on my house keeper Christine who lives nearby and knows every corner of the house. So she's the one to contact in any case and she will find me if needed. the nearest train station is "pont l'évèque", than lisieux, than deauville. the highway is only 4 kms away. the nearest airport is Deauville, than Rouen.
