Characteristic apartment in mansion with authentic elements, 7 minutes walk from the center and 5 minutes from the station. Apartment consists of a bedroom, living room, private shower and toilet ,kitchen with among other things, a combi oven, nesspresso machine and dishwasher but no stove. You can also use the adjacent garden with terrace. optionally a self-service breakfast can be reserved for 15 euro. High rooms with high windows provide a lot of light. In every room you will find parts from the past of the building, such as the ceiling in the living room with an authentic ornament, the floor in the hall that was hidden for years under a thick layer of glue, the mirrors in the bathroom which were from the 1950s originally used at the hairdresser/perfumeshop that was located in the builing. Together with the interaction between art and industrial elements, the whole creates an atmosphere for a pleasant stay. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 people, but the sofa bed is 120 x 180 cm, making it more suitable for children. Books with information about Deventer are available including various cycling and walking routes. We (Teodora & Jeroen) receive our guests personally. We live on the first floor and when we are home we are always available. Parking in front of the door is possible the daily rate for this is 6 euros. Free parking is two blocks away. As mentioned before, the Deventer Central station is a 5-minute walk.
