Holiday flat near Metzingen

Our recently renovated and redecorated holiday flat comes with a cozy living room, well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a inviting garden and offers you a great place to retreat in the village of Grafenberg. The surroundings belong to the "Biosphärengebiet schwäbische Alb" which is described as "Living in harmony with nature". It invites to castle and nature hikes with an overall holiday atmosphere. We got the Outletcity Metzingen nearby, one of the best shopping opportunities out there. The flat in the first floor of our house got everything you need for a few relaxing days or for your everyday life while working nearby. The couch in the living room got plenty of space and could also be used as a sleeping couch. You got a TV theres, as well as plenty of books, especially information ones about the region and sightseeing spots. The kitchen is equipped for 5+ people and comes with all necessary pots, bowls and kitchen tools. One of the two bedrooms got a huge double bed, the other a two in one bed with comfortable mattresses and could be used as a child's room as well. Last but not least we got a balcony and a great garden for you and perhaps your children to use and enjoy the summer. We offer a parking spot on the right side of the building, garden access and on colder days you can also get some wood from the timberyard to have a open fire in the stove. We could also light one up if you are coming home at late at night :) All the contact numbers, along with the wifi password are written on the fridgedoor. We are allways reachable by phone or just come up the stairs for a chat or to ask something - we will kindly help you :D Most of the time the whole family is at home. Four days a week Simon is studying in Stuttgart but will manage the (international) communication with you guys easy going. If you are interested in knowing more about the surroundings feel free to (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) about the Swabian Alb Biosphere Reserve or of course just check out the outlet city of Metzingen and all the shopping opportunities there. Your flat is in the first floor of our house that you can see in the pictures with a huge garden in the backyard. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood a few hundred meters from two banks, two backeries, a small supermarket and also two nice restaurants (one italien cuisine, the other german traditional cuisine). Our hometown hill invites for walks and gives a great outlook over the surroundings and as far as the famous television tower of Stuttgart. In our hometown forrest you can also find an arboretum with old trees from all around the world and perhaps have a walk to Metzingen as well. We have a parking slot for you to use right in front of the building. The nearest trainstation is in Metzingen, but of course there are busses to the cities nearby departing from Grafenberg. The flat got everything you need on daily basis when it comes to bad and kitchen towels, fresh sheets and even some drinks if you are not able to buy anything on your arrival date.
