The Pigstye is a converted stone pigstye tucked away in a peaceful location on our farm which is isolated from the locality. Self contained, full kitchen incl microwave, fridge, cooker and oven. Rural,quiet tucked away under oak trees. Look out from the front door onto our duck pond. Small dogs by prior notification There is a spacious bedroom with two single beds and two bedsides with drawers, small hanging area The bedroom is beamed. The ensuite has a shower, toilet and wash basin. The kitchen has all essentials and a small table with chairs. Outside a small gravel courtyard safely fenced for small dogs. Two patio chairs and a table for relaxing in the sun and eating outside You have the entire property I give my guests peace and privacy however am very happy and available to help if necessary. 10 mins Knepp Castle. 2 local pubs in walking distance Fuel station , costa and food is only 5 minutes drive away. Southwater pubs, PO & supermarkets ten minutes away by car. We are situated on the beautiful Downslink. We have a wealth of local pubs that do great food. Lots of footpaths and cycle paths cycle to the coast from here Parking is just outside the Pigstye in a private parking place. The Downslink is wonderful for walking or cycling.
