Garden Guest Suite

Private Garden room with en-suite bathroom in the pretty village of Freeland. Self check in available. Private parking and WiFi. Freeland is a small village with a lovely village pub which is located a stones throw away. Close to Oxford 10.1 miles, Woodstock (Blenheim Place) 5.2 miles and nearest train station is just 2.6 miles away. The property is located opposite the quiet Village Pub and church. It is also a few doors away from Freeland Village Hall, we back onto a lovely playing field which has a park at the far end. You have your own private outside area in front of the accommodation with seating. Please note that it is a family house and although you have your own area you may still hear my children playing in the garden when the weather permits! We also now have a black Labrador, he’s very young and likes to greet guests with a bark when he’s in the garden, please note he is very friendly and can’t get to you, just please don’t be alarmed if you see him! We offer self check in, please go straight through the gate on the left hand side of the house. There on your right you will find the key safe (combination will be sent to you before arrival) containing the key to your room. The garden room is located at the end of the property, just follow the path and lights and you can’t go wrong! If you’d prefer to be shown to the suite then please message and I’ll make sure I’m around at your check in time. Self check in is available to guests. If you’d prefer to be shown to your accommodation then please let me know before your arrival and I’ll be sure to be around. We’re located directly opposite the Oxfordshire Yeoman pub which serves lovely home cooked meals. However if you are booking and thinking of using the pub please note that they are closed Sunday evenings and all day Tuesday. There are also a number of local takeaways that will deliver to the property. The space doesn’t have a fully fitted kitchen but there is a microwave, mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. A welcome pack will also be provided.
