Cosy 1BD - quiet road, v near town, easy to park

Enjoy staying in a modern family home an easy five minutes walk from Cobham town centre - excellent choice of restaurants/pubs/shops (Waitrose, Sainsburys) very close by. Easy access to London (rail), M25 (road), Guildford, Kingston, Epsom all within easy reach. Friendly family home with a Cockerpoo called Shankly (he doesn't shed his coat therefore hypo allergenic) two cats and me! Access to sunny garden and kitchen/dining area-you are welcome to use fridge to store food and cook in kitchen area, it is an open plan house so I really appreciate it if guests are considerate 're use of these facilities. I am happy for longer term guests to use the washing machine also. Happy to help with any arrangements/recommendations throughout your stay or feel free to come and go independently as you wish Cobham is a large village offering a great choice of individual shops, restaurants in an extremely attractive part of Surrey, our neighbourhood is friendly and quiet with lots of families, we are a short walk from all amenities. Great transport links to the M25 /A3/M3 /M40 (airports, coast and London) Rail service good but recommend drive to the station (20 mins to walk) I sometimes work from home and have clients in my home
