You can relax in this brand new home for 6, enjoying the peace of countryside, at 1 km from city center of Torhout, easy acces to highways (to Bruges, Kortrijk, Lille...), World War 1 sites and within 25 min drive from Belgian sea side. 'The Rose of 66' offers you all modern comfort as it is built in 2020. It is light and bright as the garden and living room are oriented to the south. All rooms are available during your stay Upon arrival we will either welcome you in person or you can collect the key nearby. During your stay you can enjoy the tips and tricks of the house and neighbourhood in our booklet. And you can contact us by phone 24/7 during your stay. For your departure, we will either collect the key in person or you can leave the key nearby. And offcourse we'd be happy to hear your feedback upon your stay. Our home is built near the city center of Torhout (walking distance) but with an idyllic and relaxing view on countryside through the backyard. It's a 15 min drive towards Bruges or Roeselare. Within 1 km you will find a local bakery, butcher, bistro. The city center is at 2 km, where you will find the train station, shops, pubs with local Thouroutenaere beer and the local mustard of Torhout, Wostyn. This location is an ideal starting point to explore the area further by foot towards the city or the countryside, by cycle in the countryside or by car (Bruges, Roeselare, sea side are within 25 km). You can reach 'The Rose of 66' easily by car via the highway or with the train (train and bus station is 2 km away). A busstop (Hof Van Engeland) is at 1.5 km walking distance. A carport is available in the central access lane of the neighbourhood (at 20 m), and plenty of parking space is available on the street. One bike will be available for you during your stay, more bikes are for rent at the train/bus station (via Blue Bike)
