Stay in a Beautifully refurbished modern Town House near Shirley Town Centre, Solihull. The house is 10 min away from Solihull Town Centre and 5 minutes away from Shirley Town Centre. Minimum 4 nights please We don't offer cooked breakfast unfortunately Professional Only Please We have a TV and Table Bar in the kitchen so you can have your meals in their or the dining room is on the ground floor aswell. Dining Room Backyard Kitchen We will be always available via phone if we are not home. We like to give privacy to the guests. Please note we have a 10 month old baby but she is generally quiet. No guest will be allowed in the house for security reasons. We have a parking space just outside. There is a 25 hours convenient store within 2 minutes walk from the house. We are off high street but in a residential development so you get essence of both. Very clean and refurbished house.
