Spacious house for long term with basic cleaning.

Well maintained corner house with all modern conveniences. Central heating, Sunshade, Air conditioning, TV and Internet. Complete with backyard. Is rented for a minimum of 15 nights and a maximum of 90 days. Energy costs included up to 10 Euro per day. We expect you to compensate us for extra energy costs during your stay. (Elektra 0,50€/KWh Gas 2,00€/m3) Stays longer than 1 month receive a 10% discount. If staying with a family ask for our family proposal!!! The house is a modern house built in 1999, it is well insulated. With back yard facing south. Very easily accessible from the highways. In the beginning of 2017 the house has been repainted and is now like new. The hot water system was enhanced and we installed a new bigger washing machine. Recently the 2nd floor was equipped with roller blinds and 2 new single beds. Grips were placed near the bath to ease and safeguard use. In 20202 we fitted the main bedroon with a TV set. A basic cleaning every 2 weeks is included., this cleaning includes vacuuming, bathroom, kitchen and floor cleaning. We trust that the guests themselves also keep things clean. Before departure we ask our guests to leave the house as clean as it was when they arrived. Guests must change and wash the bed linen themselves on a weekly basis... The guest has access to the entire house with the exception of a small bedroom. Guests also have access to the back entrance of the house. We are frequently travelling but our caretaker lives nearby and is always very helpful and friendly. The house is located in a multicultural neighborhood that gets better and better every year! Supermarkets in two malls are within walking distance, among them Polish and Turkish as well as Quality and Low budget... You can often park in front of the house or very close to the house. Public transport to the center or railway station is at 300 mtrs. Cleaning and Departure: We ask our guests to keep our house clean and tidy. For longer stays, we expect our guests to keep our house clean and change the bed linen etc. and wash it on a weekly basis. The caretaker wil survey the house bi -weekly and advise on cleaning etc. On request an extra cleaning can also be done by us. The cost for this service amounts to 50 euros per cleaning. For clarity; The cleaning fee at Airbnb is for changing and washing the bedding and all other household linen when you depart. These are not the costs of cleaning the house so we ask you to leave the house as clean as you found it. Our house is not a hotel! If you have an accident and there is damage we expect you to announce the accident and either repair the damage or pay for the repairs. If, at the discretion of the caretaker, the house is left dirty, we will ask you to pay the extra costs of cleaning; 50 Euro. The key deposit (100 Euro) will be refunded through Airbnb within 2 weeks after the end of the rental period or may be used to settle any additional costs or damage.
