Flat with stunning sea views

In Kersbosstrand, Dwarskersbos; the property is set in a quiet road. This beautiful flat has sea views, is backed with solar power and is a stone's throw from a pristine beach. Stunning sea view - peaceful and tranquil! Sit on the porch, sip sun downers, and absorb the magnificent west coast sunsets over the ocean. Stroll along the board walk to the pristine beach for a swim, walk, surf or visit a great fishing spot nearby. Alternatively, you can go for a cycle on the long stretch of white sandy beach or visit the nearby Bergriver estuary which is an important bird habitat, home to around 30,000 birds, including up to 80 species which are endemic to the Cape coast. Well over 350 different species of birds can be seen here as it is a habitat for sea, river and land birds. Visit our famous Bokkoms Laan and take a boat river cruise or sip an artisanal coffee at Colombine Coffee Shop. The flat has its own entrance separate from the main house. It has a wonderful porch with magnificent sea views; sun loungers, a weber braai, table and benches. Hopefully we will be at the beach house to welcome and greet you. Your stay is private and separate from the main house. We will respect your privacy. Should we not be there; our housesitter will welcome you and be available should you have any queries. Please let us know your expected time of arrival in advance. Kersbosstrand, in Dwarskersbos is a delightful West Coast village with stunning beaches. The white painted houses surrounded by fynbos and beautiful patches of seasonal flowers are part of its charm. There is a Spar and OK in Velddrif as well as a little superette and bottle store in Dwarskersbos. I suggest that you stop off at the Spar for your supplies en route. To get to the Spar; take the R27 West coast road towards Velddrif. When you reach the 4 way intersection at Velddrif; turn left towards Laaiplek. Stay on that road until you reach a T junction. Spar will be on your left. To reach us from Spar, turn right at the T Junction and continue +- 10km on that road. Please note that this flat is not suitable for children. The house has solar power so there should be no concerns over power cuts. Pure cotton linen, bath and beach towels are provided. The kitchenette is equipped with an air fryer, fridge, toaster, kettle, bodum coffee plunger, microwave and 2 induction cooker plates; including dish towels, cooking utensils, pans, crockery and cutlery. Fire lighters and briquettes for the weber braai are also provided.
