Apple Tree Cottage - Cudham

Apple Tree Cottage is a situated in an idyllic garden, with its own private driveway. In the summer months (May-September) there is access to a heated swimming pool (solely for guests). We provide a BBQ and a pizza oven for fun evenings by the pool. Apple Tree Cottage has been awarded the Bromley Environmental Award for building design conservation. The cottage itself is over 400 years old (among the oldest in the entire borough) and was restored using original materials. The cottage has one ground floor bedroom with a comfortable super king size bed and features a mezzanine bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children. An open, fully equipped kitchen with an adaptable workspace allows for homecooked meals if a quiet night in is needed. The cottage also features a range of homemade furnishings and fittings which further the homely atmosphere. The cosy lounge and dining area seats four comfortably, allowing for eating and relaxing. The swimming pool is heated from May - September . And guests have the pool area to themselves Always available There is a quaint local pub (The Blacksmith's Arms) a short 2 minute walk away and renowned historical sites such as Down House and Chartwell within easy driving distance. There are also a multitude of scenic hiking routes. 30 minutes by car from Gatwick, 9 minutes from Biggin Hill Airport.
