Annie's welcomes first responders, folks visiting the area for an exteneded stay, and local residents that may need some temporary lodging due to house remodeling or if you are between houses. This quaint 60’s retro ranch has three bedrooms, a full bath, a full kitchen, free off street parking, plus a washer and dryer. The house is conveniently located near I-95 and I-64 and it's only a 20 minute drive to either downtown Richmond or small town Ashland, VA. Mid Century Modern inspired living space with 21st century convenience. Each bedroom has a closet, dresser,and charging ports. (Android & Apple) Wall mounted TV with Hulu & Netflix available for login. House has wireless FIOS DSL. Free Washer & Dryer available. There is not currently a dishwasher but a limited amount of disposable kitchenware will be supplied as well as a small amount of necessties such as TP etc to get you started. Parking is off the street. Whole house and carport available for use except for detached garage in backyard. Available for questions through email & text during your stay. Electronic lock check-in and check-out for a hassle free experience. Owners are local in case of an emergency. Small residential neighborhood. Nearby to local Glen Allen Supermarket. Car is definitely the best way to get around. Once downtown however, there is public transit. The number of guests is limited to six and no parties or events of any kind are permitted.
