ABNB suite located in lower level of our home, direct entry from heated garage you'll park in for your stay. Travelers, your belongings are warm and safe! Guests love having immediate access and NO STAIRS!!! 8 Minutes from both main interstates. 15 minutes to downtown, ballpark, zoo, shopping and 20 min from the airport. Full service grocery store is 2 min away providing pharmacy, deli, pizza, liquor, and a Starbucks!! Dunkin' donuts also a favorite with a drive-thru for convenience. Sanitized, super clean!!! Safe Place to stay!! From the minute you walk in to the immaculate warm cozy suite you'll be relaxed. Warm tones along with comfortable furniture to curl up on. Beauty Rest King bed is perfect for amazing night's sleep. The kitchenette is stocked with dishes silverware glasses etc. I provide popcorn for a snack. Oatmeal and is available for quick breakfast. A large refrigerator with ice if you wish to pack your own goodies. Does not include oven or stove for cooking. Very cozy living area with couch and two chairs plus large TV. Very quiet, We live upstairs in the main part of the house. Bathroom has a fantastic shower with Culligan Soft Water. Your skin will be so soft! Summer time I offer a beautiful yard and patio. Great place to stay! The access to the garage and parking is on Grover street as the property sits on a corner lot. Please park on left side of the driveway. My listing is unique as I include garage parking. It is so nice to pull in the garage which connects directly to the suite. Warm, safe and so convenient!! The suite is currently set with ONE king bed For those that need an extra sleeping area I have a floor mattress.
