A charming house located close to NATURE & CITY

Family house with 4 rooms, 150 square meters distributed in 2 floors. Spacious garden an outside parking area. Dogs are welcome to stay in the house too. This is the perfect place for a family or for an adventurous couple of group of friends that want to both have Stockholm close by but also nature and green zones Family friendly environment, great house with a lot of space. Equipped with a nice kitchen, bean coffee maker, and big fridge and freezer. There are 4 beds you can use but we can also provide you with another mattress that you can place in another room. All basics are included. We will have a fantastic guide prepared for you with both plans, restaurants and activities to do in Stockholm Everything in the house and garden. Half of the basement is currently empty and it’s then closed. We'll be available in the phone, the plan is to rent out the house while we are out on vacation. The house is located in a great area to enjoy both the city life as well as enjoy the beautiful green surroundings. You can take a bus that will bring you to the baltic, Årsta Havsbad in 12 minutes, where you will be able to take a ferry to Utö, one of the most beautiful islands in the Stockholm archipelago. 2 great National Parks can be easily reached from Handen, 2 stations from Västerhaninge: Tyresta By and Paradiset. Very close to Västerhaninge Station, 4 minutes walking, and to the centre of Västerhaninge where you can find 2 supermarkets, restaurants and some other shops. There are direct trains to TCentralen every 10-15 minutes. The ride takes 30 minutes. Alternatively, if you are traveling by car, you can reach Stockholm in only 20 minutes.
