Around, pastures with mares and foals, resting horses and Charolais white oxen: paths for walking, 7km from Doullens and shops and restaurants. At 2 kms, a bakery, a mini-market, the post office, the pharmacy and a medical house in an other village: Beauquesne Electricity costs beyond 2 nights. Sheets, pillowcases and towels not included. You are in the countryside, in the heart of a stud farm .... You may be lucky enough to witness foaling in the spring! 3.5 hectares of vines have been planted, you will be able to taste the first production of red and white wines from the end of 2020! There are 2 independent cottages which are totally reserved for you with access to the garden and the possibility of parking your car next to the 2 cottages We are of course available to answer all your questions of a practical, tourist and on the stud and horse breeding, trotting races. We can even "embark" our visitors for the horse tour one morning! You are at the crossroads of 4 tourist regions or interests: In the south: Amiens and the cathedral, old St Leu district, the hortillonnages, the Jules Verne house, Samara etc ... In the North: Arras, very beautiful city with 2 superb places .... To the east: the "memory" circuit of the war of 14/18 with the museums of Albert and Péronne mainly, the moving military cemeteries ... To the west: the superb white sand beaches of the Opal Coast and the Somme Bay from St Valéry to Crotois ... And around our house: an equestrian center, the caves of Naours, the citadel of Doullens etc ... Here you need a car to get there and get around. Amiens train station is 20 kms away. Bus service to Arras, Amiens Abbeville to Doullens. We have 2 indépendant "gîtes" but you can rent them both if you need more place for more visitors.
