Our cottage "Seriemer way" is very quiet in a preferred residential area in the small and pretty North Sea spa "Neuharlingersiel". It is only a five minute walk to the port, the village center and the dyke, on the other side the beach is waiting for you and your children. Thus, the spa facilities, the swimming pool and the historic fishing boat harbor and all other recreational opportunities are also just a short walk away. The holiday home is about 100 square meters large and for two to six people very well suited for holiday stays. The house is completely renovated, comfortable and very well equipped - washing machine and a new and modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher and ceramic stove and many other extras are available. The ground floor is for the most part parquet floor, the furniture is taste and valuable from real wood and classic and very comfortable seating. The house has three bedrooms, living room, dining room, winter garden and adjoining terrace on the ground floor, loggia upstairs, kitchen, bathroom with bath / WC and separate second bathroom with toilet and a spacious hallway with staircase. From the bedroom, you can enjoy beautiful views of the meadows and pastures of East Friesland at the edge of the village. Directly from the very large garden of the house you have access to the Neuharlingersiel low. If you have a fishing license, a guest fishing license is available for this water.
