Puivert, its Cathar castle, its museum, its landscaped lake where you can eat lunch and dinner in summer in one of the 2 restaurants by the lake, or in one of the 3 restaurants in the village. You can also taste beer produced in Puivert. Every Wednesday, in summer, a night market is organized as well as a lot of varied entertainment. In the surroundings of Puivert, you can discover other Cathar castles, but also go hiking, white water sports, visit the various museums and animal parks. Puivert is located less than 1.5 hours from the Mediterranean, the city of Carcassonne, Andorra and Spain.
