The house next door is a welcoming home for your holiday or business travel to Nantes. It is located near the city center of Nantes (between the roundabout of Rennes and Petit Port), close to schools and colleges (Audencia, Ecole Centrale, CNAM ...) with public transport (tram line 2 and several bus lines) nearby. Bicloo station in the neighborhood allowing you to rent a bike. La Maison d'à Côté is an independent house composed of a large room of through-life with a good standard equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, microwave ....) + lounge with sofa bed, a bedroom with a large bed, a bathroom with toilet and a garden of 50 m2 fenced. The location allows you to access to public transport on foot and leave your car parked in front or close to home. Thanks to the equipment of the house, you can cook and relax in a comfortable environment. La Maison d'à Côté was decorated by myself, fond of decoration and flea markets, where objects and furniture of different styles to offer a personality and a soul in the place.
