Delightful bedroom, sitting room and breakfast

Idyllically located in the Dedham Vale Area of Outstanding natural beauty. Knoll Cottage is a short walk from the picturesque village of Stoke by Nayland, which has two gastro pubs. It is ideally placed to explore the lovely surrounding countryside through the numerous nature walks and cycling routes. Knoll has been refurbished to a high standard, creating an air of tranquility, style and comfort. Enjoy a continental breakfast including homemade delicacies. The two single beds can be joined to create a King sized bed. Let me know if you would prefer this option. The bedroom has tea and coffee facilities, alongside a plate of homemade biscuits or cake. The bathroom is next door room with a huge and luxurious walk in shower. Guests from this room have the use of their own cosy sitting room, equipped with a television providing Netflix and Amazon Prime . There is also a very cosy wood burner. The beautiful garden is available for guests to sit in or to enjoy a cup of tea or an outside breakfast. Guests will have access into the house through their own front door. Their private space will be the bedroom ( 2 single beds), shower room and a sitting room. Breakfast will be served in the large kitchen area with views over the garden . Guests are more than welcome to enjoy the garden too or eat breakfast in it if the weather is kind . My two hobbies are cooking and gardening, so if I'm not in the kitchen I'll be pottering in my garden ! An evening meal can be prepared for you on request. The Crown and The Angel are fabulous places to eat and only a 5 minute stroll away. The village also prides itself with an historical church, village shop and bookshop. For the golfers, a well know golf course is just 2 miles outside the village. Knoll is within easy reach of Dedham, Flatford Mill and Lavenham. Walking is on the doorstep with picturesque circular walks as well as walks along the Stour Valley Path. It's worth bringing the binoculars for the nature and stunning scenery. The area is known for its cycling routes too. I have a friendly cat and dog who will be restricted to kitchen and the garden.
