Nice furnished holiday apartment

Dear traveler, we offer a furnished apartment in a quiet location surrounded by beautiful vineyards. Treat yourself to a break in our apartment with very nice hosts. Spend your holiday in our furnished apartment surrounded by vineyards. Numerous leisure activities can be found in the vicinity. We own a well furnished apartment (54 m²) located in Kleingartach (a suburb of Eppingen), beautifully situated in a very scenic wine-growing village. The apartment has a separate entrance. It is located just a few meters of vineyards and offers enough space for 3/4 people (2 adults with 2 kids or 3 adults). A sofa bed in the living room and a mobile bed can be used as additional sleeping space with an occupancy of 4 people. Furthermore, we can offer a mobile bed for babies. The apartment features 1 bedroom with double bed 2m x 1.6m, 1 bathroom with bath / WC, a small kitchen with refrigerator, stove with oven, dishes, ... and a living room with a comfortable couch. The living room is equipped with TV and cable TV. Internet use (Wi-Fi) is also available upon request. In addition to a short-term rental for mechanics and tourists the apartment is offered for a longer rental period. I am always available by phone. Otherwise, my mother in law can give further information. Public transport is unfortunately moderately here. You have the opportunity to use a bus every 30 minutes to direction Heilbronn or to direction Heidelberg, this travel takes about 1 - 1,5 hours.
