Your home away from home is a beautiful newly renovated private unit in a duplex house. A spacious 2-bedroom unit will comfortably accommodate 6-7 guests. Only 20 minutes to Manhattan with local restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and pharmacy within walking distance in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids. Fully equipped and extremely comfortable house. One bedroom with a king size bed, a closet, a dresser and Roku TV. Second bedroom with a bunk bed (top twin bed and a bottom full-size bed) and a closet. The living room has a pull out sofa that turns into a queen bed, with one additional sofa section as an extra single bed. Snuggle on the sofa to watch your favorite show, cozy up on a bean bag chair to read a book, or pull out a board game for a family bonding time - you will find the house well stocked for entertainment! The living room also has a closet with washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware, coffee maker, microwave, and other essentials. The extendable table comfortably sits 6-7 people. The unit has central A/C and heat. The entire 1st floor unit with private entrance is yours to use. Guests will have access to Smart TV with apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.), WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, including coffee maker with espresso function, washer and dryer. We live in the second unit of the duplex. We respect your privacy and are always accessible via an email or a phone. Great location on a quiet residential street with convenient access to everything you need for a comfortable stay. 5 min walk to grocery store, coffee and bagel shops, deli store, pharmacy, nice restaurants, kids playground, and more. Enjoy a relaxing walk on Abbott Boulevard, tree lined with a grassy median strip, and get your taste buds tingling at a highly rated Korean restaurant Bada Story - all right around the corner from the house! The place is just a block away from the busy street with a variety of transportation options. Buses that go both directions will take you to NYC (across George Washington Bridge or via Lincoln Tunnel). Plenty of free street parking available (we will provide you with a guest parking permit).
