Villa Sotto il Monte has two apartments for rent, one for 5 - 6 and the other for 2 - 4. A third apartment is occupied by the owners. The Villa is situated in a superb position with magnificent views across the Vale of Umbria to the Martani Mountains and to the nearby town of Trevi, which can be reached by foot in only ten minutes. Trevi has an unspoilt charm and offers several very good restaurants, a pizzeria, bars and shops. The beautifully restored Villa lies in a semi-fortified estate just outside the city walls. Below the house is the secluded garden which has a large salt water swimming pool (12m x 6m). Il Tramonto has a large double bedroom which leads directly onto a private terrace with wonderful views across the surrounding countryside and to Trevi. There is a second bedroom with two single beds which can be combined. The apartment has a bathroom with shower and small bath tub and kitchen/dining room. The apartment is spacious, light and comfortably furnished.
