“MAGWITCH” Shepherdshut & Hot tub Old King William

With underfloor heating and a private wood fired hot tub; our luxurious, 20ft brand new hut has a shower room and a fully fitted kitchen. The pull down king-sized bed and 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding, easily flips back up to convert into a dining booth. There is a welcome basket with all that’s needed to take the stress away from your stay. We are minutes from Holt and some of the best beaches on the planet. *ENQUIRE ABOUT AVAILABILITY FOR SISTER HUT "BIDDY", TO ACCOMMODATE MORE FRIENDS. Enjoy the use of our entire 1 acre site with views over the surrounding Glaven Valley and AONB. Book our accompanying pre-erected bell tent (£30 per head/night) to accommodate 2 extra guests. There is also an outside seating area with a fire pit with views of rolling woodland and farmland across the Glaven Valley Conservation area. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door. Our beautiful hand made, wood fired hot tub can be fired up for your arrival on request with plenty of wood supplied for the first nights use. For subsequent nights, a basket of wood, firelighters and kindling is available for £10. Alternatively you can source your own locally. We are proud to be a dog-friendly property and would be happy to accommodate your small and well behaved pet providing they stay off our lovely white sheets! You will find a complimentary welcome hamper on your arrival with breakfast provisions, enough for 2 people. This includes milk; bread; cereal; bacon; orange juice; croissants; butter and jam. Any additional guests under canvas will also be provided for, included in their pitch price. Parking When you arrive at Old King William, we will direct you to the site next door. There is a gravel parking bed to the right of the site entrance gate. Please leave your car here and make your way to Magwitch, the brown hut at the upper end of the paddock. We will be on hand living near enough to pop over to check in and help to provide anything to make your stay more comfortable, whilst giving you all the privacy that you need. The local dog walks through the Glaven Valley are breathtaking but they are via permitted paths; Roe deer, pheasants and rabbits are abundant so please keep dogs on a lead. If you’d prefer to let them run wild, we are a hop and a skip from the coast with some of the best beaches on the planet. We are also very close to the famous Georgian market town of Holt (10 minutes drive) and in walking distance of the much loved Hunny (Hunworth) Bell. Whilst there is no wifi directly to the hut as yet, there is excellent 4G available. You are also very welcome to use our house Wifi. We have a second hut, Biddy. Whilst this will still allow for a huge amount of space and privacy, please respect their space.
