The charming accommodation, located 8 kilometers from the old city center of Perugia -very well connected through public transportation-, allows to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. The indipendent room, with private parking, is developed on one level at the first floor with a bed and a pretty small kitchen with refrigeretor and sink, and a bathroom with shower.  The accommodation has been finely renovated in 2016, equipped with wi-fi and TV, is also provided with bed linen, bath towels, kitchen and everything you need for your stay (hairdryer, Wake Up alarm).  Possibility of weekly cleaning and linen/towers change on request (not included in price). The arrival of guests is allowed every day from 2 p.m. (upon telephone-agreement until 8 p.m.). The accomodation must be left by latest 11:00 a.m. the day of departure. The accommodation is a private home, guests will have access not only to the detached house but also to the large garden around the villa.  Swimming pool access is restricted. The use of the pool is restricted and is subject to availability which is communicated and agreed at the moment of the reservation or during your stay upon request. To use you will be invite to sign a special release due to the lack of staff. The cost for swimming pool is 2 euro each day. The room is located in Bosco, a small village near the old town of Perugia (8 km far). Bosco has about 1,500 inhabitants and offers all services: bus connection with Perugia, restaurants, bars, tobacconist, hospital, church, football fields, post office, beauty salon, hair salon, and ATM. The house is located 1.5 km far from the E45 (Rome-Cesena). The historic city center of Perugia (8 km), easily accessible by bus, it is characterized by the beautiful fountain "La Fontana Maggiore", the "Duomo", the  city doors as well as the Etruscan city outside, with the beautiful "Rocca Paolina" (1520). The National Gallery of Umbria offers many permanent works (Perugino Pisano, Fra Angelico), and temporary exhibitions. Additionally the city becomes very lively during the special events which happens during the full year: in October the delicious "Eurochocolate" , in November a huge market "La Fiera di Ognissanti", in December the Christmas markets and in July the famous jazz festival  "Umbria Jazz".  Additionally, 12 km away can visit the beautiful city of Assisi with its monuments which are under the protection of UNESCO.  30 km away form Perugia, there is the city of Gubbio, a beautiful city known for the "Festa dei Ceri" (15th of May).. and just 40 km far you can attend the event of "infiorate" (9th Sunday after Easter) in Spello.  Spoleto is  55 km away and there you can appreciate many paintings by Pinturicchio and a beautiful view from the fortress.  Finally, 40 km far you can enjoy a walk along the banks of the beautiful Lake Trasimeno (the second largest lake in Italy).
