The old post office offers modern decor comfortable accommodation central heating the property is situated approx 300 metres from the blue flag Mablethorpe beach. 200 metres from local shop & cinema fish & chip shop nearby. we are approx 1 mile to town centre (Website hidden by Airbnb) there are lots of interesting walks & interesting places to visit within walking distance or short drive.the owners live on site and will be available for any help advice you may need also to help with any problems . We offer SkyTv sports films etc freeWFI you are welcome to use the front garden outside your front door up to arch way in the hedge (we like to keep the back private for our own use) please do not interfere with fish pond or feed fish . you may use washing line access through kitchen door. the back drive to garage is private for owners use only thank you. we are usually available on site for any help you may need, in these uncertain times we clean and sanitise after every stay we also will be providing hand sanitiser for customer use within the accommodation. the property is situated in a quiet residential area please respect our neighbours when returning late at night. Town, Beach within easy walking distance Tesco supermarket quarter mile up Golf Road easy no restriction parking outside property and parking for one car on property, although property has spacious rooms we have a narrow corridor that would limit access for a wheel chair, ie only 30 inch wide in places.
