Your home away from home in beautiful Beauvoorde

Welcome to your home, away from home. Come and stay in the enchanted village of Beauvoorde. Whether you are travelling from near or far, at my place you will find a moment to relax and to enjoy your time. When the weather permits you can enjoy the garden with a cosy terrace! Inside you will be able to make use of the full equipped kitchen. In the colder times you can heat the stove for some added coziness. When it is time to sleep you transform the sofa into your bed for the night. Enjoy your breakfast at the diner table, or at the terrace if weather does permit. In the evening you can enjoy the coziness with reading one of the books that are available (English and Dutch titles) or play a board game. You will have a private shower and toilet. And to relax completely, you can take a relaxing bath! The kitchen is fully equipped with a small fridge for your convenience, a oven and stove together with tea and a coffee maker. Pots, pans and plates are all available for you, just remember there isn’t a dishwasher and you will need to clean the dishes in the old fashioned way. Anything available in the place, is there for you to use. Upon arrival, you will have direct access to the house. You can use any of the equipment that is there. I like to meet you and hear the stories of your journey. If time permits I will welcome you personally, if not, you will be able to access with a code that I will communicate with you. In the area there are some places to eat, but they aren't always open. Other places are accessible by car. For groceries, I would recommend you to visit a store of your choice before arriving. Visit the local bookstore, take a tour at the castle or see the work of arts from the local artists. It’s easy to arrive, when arriving with own transport. When you enter the street, you will see parking spaces with the church. Please park here, so the spaces in front of the house can be used by my neighbors. Be aware that visiting with public transport might be a bit challenging. There is a possibility to rent bikes from the train station. More information can be found by looking for Transmobil Veurne.
