Dordogne Contemporary Barn Conversion

If you are planning a holiday in the country, why not try our newly converted barn. It was built in 1945, just after the 2nd World War, in traditional flint stone, specific to the Dordogne. The previous owners have beautifully landscaped this building to a spacious and modern home while maintaining its ancient character. It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed (one with a bathroom) and a bedroom with 2 single beds. A second bathroom is also upstairs. All rooms have fans. We have a Satelitte TV and Wifi. In the room adjacent to the cottage, you will find a playroom for children, equipped with a billiard table and a mini ping-pong table; a washing machine, an ironing board, an iron and a BBQ are also at your disposal. The private swimming pool is heated by solar energy and can reach 28 to 30 degrees in summer. Private parking is provided. As we are located in the middle of the fields, a car is therefore essential. The interior of the cottage is non smoking. Pets are not allowed. Possibility to have supper prepared in the evening . St-Yrieix-la-Perche and Lanouaille are situated at 10 min. The beautiful Lake Rouffiac with all his watersports is at 5min
