There is lots to experience in Newbury. It's a perfect base to nip out to the town center, race course, train station is just 5 minutes away. All sorts of shops are nearby. I live close by hence you have the privacy but if you want anything just call. Check-in on weekends is flexible but during the week it can accommodate from 6pm onwards. It has a living area with a double sofa-bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and kitchen. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. You can cook your own food and relax in the living room while either watching telly or surfing super fast net. !!!! IMPORTANT !!! This property has very strict house rules. No loud activities. No party alowed. No loud music. No slamming the doors. Total silence after 10.00 pm. The guests that don't comply, will be subject for eviction. Thank you for your understanding. The flat is on the top floor which is an extra bonus in case you like to sleep with the open window without stressing out a cat might jump in lol. There is plenty of parking and the area is safe. I left my car open few times already and she is still there :) I offer accommodation on a per night basis. I prefer longer stays min 2 night but if you need just a day stay I m sure I will try to help you too. So if you are arriving in Newbury for a meeting and need to freshen up just contact me! Apartment offers unlimited internet access, freeview TV, a fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances including a washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer etc. (even with baking bits if you are into bake off), few toiletries, hair dryer, iron and the board. Hence whether you are in Newbury for business or pleasure my apartment will give you the comfort and luxury to make your stay a pleasurable experience. I had a smart lock installed hence all you need is a code from me and you can access the apartment on your own. That's perfect if your arrival time is not set and gives us a bit of more freedom and stress free check in. This 1 bedroom apartment is situated a stone’s throw away from Newbury Racecourse and is within max 10 minutes walking distance to Newbury Town Centre and Newbury Train station. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets and gyms are all within walking distance.  Remember that unlimited 50MB fibre optic internet is included too. You can connect via cat5 cable or WiFi. Just scan the q code or type in the password. I live 5 minutes away by car and I am happy to meet new people and show you around, go to the pub for a drink, we do play poker on Fridays if you are interested. I have had a brilliant time on AIRBNB in all of those spots I visited as well as with my guests here in Newbury - please read my reviews. It is quiet cul de sac area, its shielded by trees from the road and there are green areas just outside plus park 2 minutes away overlooking Newbury Racecourse. It happens every month and it is on my to do list! The Plough is my local pub if you chose to stay close or recently refurbished Kings Charles on the way to town. That place is buzzing! Train station 5 minutes walk. The same with the buses - VF buses are at the train station otherwise normal buses are 3 minutes away. From Heathrow you need to take a bus to Reading and then a train to Newbury but as I already have done few times I can pick you up if I m free or the time is awkward. Just ask... If I won't be able to pick you up I 'll kindly refuse or you might get lucky lol. Directions: M4 take junction 13 and follow signs to Newbury Town Centre. When you reach the Robinhood Roundabout take the 3rd Exit signposted A339 / Town Centre. Next round about (Sainsbury on your left) take the 3rd exit (straight ahead, stay on the dual carriage way). Next Roundabout with Burger King on your left - take a left, then right at the mini roundabout. Drive past the vets and just before you get to the next mini roundabout there is a road on the right - Eeklo - turn right here and follow the road to the end.
