The house is situated in the quiet and green residential area of Rotterdam . There are many canals,lakes and a small beach with boulevard in the area next to the shopping mall. My family house is near the metro, which brings you in 20min to the city center and to the Erasmus University.The metro brings you everywhere you want to go, and in 4 stops with the metro you are on the at the Rotterdam Alexander train station. 2km from our house is a small beach where you can swim and sunbath with a boulevard with some nice restaurants. During the day I won't be home, only in the morning and evening. It is 5 minute from the metrostation Tochten. Long stay possible.
