Female Bed and Breakfast

A warm welcome awaits you in a private house. We are situated within 5 mins walk into the center of Stamford usually referred to as one of Britain's finest stone towns. You will be the only guest and will enjoy the peace and tranquility of a newly decorated single bedroom which has plenty of storage space and a TV. Continental breakfast is offered which can either be served in the kitchen area or pleasant garden surroundings. This particular house is particularly suitable to females of any age who are travelling alone or prefer not to be part of a mixed household. All guests can access and utilize the kitchen and garden area. The room will have tea and coffee makin facilities. Guest can access and utilize the kitchen area and can feel free to use the washing machine. I will meet and greet guests and brief them on the area and anything else they need to know. The neighborhood Isa pleasant one and within walking distance of a large well kept public park. There is a local grocery store which sells basic foodstuffs and newspapers etc. The best way to get around is to walk. Walking into town only takes 5 minutes. Parking there are many car parks which are inexpensive, also parking is free after 6pm and on Sundays. Guests must park on road near house. I only have one parking space for my own car.
