Welcome to our Beach Home. The lake, beach & trail are 100 meters away (no Lakeview from your room). We are located between Niagara Falls and Downtown Toronto (63 km). Your room comes with HD Smart TV, mini fridge, microwave, kettle & Keurig. We provide 1 tea or coffee per day. Your bathroom is totally private. We will share the front entrance, stairway and hallway. We respect your privacy & will gladly help with any inquiries. NO SMOKING. FULLY VACCINATED GUESTS ONLY. Thanks for booking! Our house is situated between the Skyway bridge and a beach, on a narrow isthmus called "Hamilton Community Beach Strip". Your space is located on the second floor of our private home on the bridge side. Gain access to your bedroom and private bathroom via our shared front door. You may use our Lower Front Porch to relax anytime you like. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE HOUSE OR ON THE PROPERTY An entry code will be provided upon your arrival or if we are absent, it will be sent to you before you arrive. Please remove your shoes and proceed upstairs. Your rooms are the last 2 at the end of the hallway. I am available for any questions you may have via Airbnb. You may have as much privacy or interaction with us as you wish. You are our guests and we will be very respectful of that. Our location is like a tiny village in a city. A community living, and we hope you will find it restful. There are casual little places like a Pub @1 km, a convenience store @ 2 km, and a Fish & Chips @ 5 km. You will find endless list of restaurants 5 minutes away in Burlington Downtown or 10 minutes away in Hamilton by car. You don't have a car? Burlington Bus Transit stops right in front of our house. Aldershot Via and GO station is just 10 minutes away by cab. As an example, if you take GO Express, you can be at Union Station downtown Toronto in 45 minutes. Uber has many drivers right in the area at a moment's notice. Our entire property must remain smoke free. If you are a smoker of any kind, please find an alternate accommodation. Our second ask is that you remove your shoes at ALL time upon entering. For this reason, we have a flip-flop/slipper basket available should you choose to use a pair. You may leave your footwear on the carpeted area. Upon your departure please leave the borrowed slippers in the front entrance to be sanitized. Covid19: since we live in this house, our Listing is not a place for self-Isolating. We also much prefer to host only fully vaccinated guests.
