Beautifully located, comfortable chalet with a large terrace for 4 people on the river IJssel with direct access to a landscaped beach on the swimming pond. The chalet is surrounded by a beautiful, attractive garden with a large terrace (70 m2). From there there is a beautiful view over the IJssel and its floodplains. The Rhine barges pass by regularly. The terrace has various seating areas, including a lounge corner, large dining table and a seat under the canopy. The terrace is connected to the beach at the swimming pond by means of a fence. In addition, the outdoor pool (open in July and August) is just around the corner, as is the indoor pool. (out of season open on weekends and every day during holidays). There are two bedrooms in the chalet. One bedroom has a spacious double bed with 2 separate duvets, the other bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together if necessary. Between the bedrooms is the bathroom with toilet, shower and wide sink. There is an open kitchen with all amenities, such as a dishwasher, combi-microwave, large fridge with freezer drawers and cold water reservoir, a coffee machine and a Nespresso. The kitchen flows into the living room, cosily furnished with a beautiful view of the garden and the surrounding area. There is a radio, a TV with all channels and a DVD player. From the living room you can access the terrace through the patio doors. Wifi is also available in the house and the garden. The house is located in a holiday park. There is plenty of space for children to play, an enclosed playground, tennis court, table tennis, bowling and Kid-city. In addition, there is a bar and a restaurant and in season a shop at the reception for fresh bread. For people who want to stay with two families or a larger group, a combination is possible with our other nearby chalet (D24), also on site, subject to availability. The park expects an arrival on Monday or Friday !!! If you want to arrive on other days than set by the park, please contact us, we can see what is possible. In ALL holiday periods it is only possible to book from Monday to Monday ; Monday to Friday, Friday to Monday or Friday to Friday. Booking this chalet is based on availability, for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights. Arrivals and departures are open except in ALL holiday periods. Then the stay is only possible from Monday to Monday; Monday to Friday ;Monday to Friday or Friday to Friday with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
