Old School Edlach

To stay and relax in the Old School Edlach means to dive in the adventures of the Alps, enjoy the great nature, at evening sitting round a fireplace and meet the people of this beautiful country. It`s a wonderful escape of everyday life. Directly behind our house starts a trail to wonderful hiking destinations. You can step out of the door and start. We are looking forward to welcome singles, couples, families and animal friends. You will stay in the former classroom, which is now a cozy and comfortable Loft with beds for four persons (2 adults and 2 children). There is enough space for everybody. The fully equiped kitchen ist next to the Loft and toilet and shower are through the anteroom. On a cooler evening can use the fireplace, open a bottle of redwine and relax. On warm evenings you can use the fireplace in the garden and the terrace. Terrace and garden can be used by our guests. Smokers will find nice smoker`s corners anywhere in the garden. All of our guest-places are exclusively for our guests. If you need any help and support, we will help you. If you need a transport from or to the airport or trainstation, we will do this, if we have time. We have to check this by email. We are directly on the bottom of the Alps. You can start your hiking experience directly in front of the door. Edlach has no supermarket and only a few busses. If you travel without a car, you should accept, that you have some walks to do. The next supermarket ist round about 2km away in Reichenau. The next trainstation Payerbacch-Reichenau ist about 6km away. Every half of an hour there is a train to Vienna. Vienna is about 1 hour away, with train or car. Near to our house is a small swimming bath, where children and adults could swim and relax. We have a cat and a dog living with us. It is possible, that you meet them in the garden. The cat ist quite shy, the dog is a real familiy dog, who cares about the house, the familiy and the guests.
