Le Petit Commerce welcomes you in a house on the hillside in the middle of a large garden (2 ha maintained in permaculture for 2 years). Local shops (bakery, delicatessen, bar / tobacco, post office, supermarket, etc ...) are 5 minutes by car in the city center. Enjoy the calm, the plants (large trees, meadow, vegetable garden) and animals (2 hens, a cat and wild animals). Possibility of 4 people: 1 king size single bed + 1 BZ + 1 extra mattress. the house of 80 m2 is composed of a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, a laundry room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The main entrance is through the kitchen. Another entrance is through the laundry room. The room for rent contains a bed, but right next to it is the utility room where there is a comfortable "BZ" sofa that can be moved if necessary. IT IS POSSIBLE TO BE A 4 without problem: IN THE BEDROOM: 2 PEOPLE: 1 person for the king size single bed, 1 person on an additional mattress IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM (which is adjoining): 2 PEOPLE: 2 people for the "BZ" sofa. Sheets and towels are provided. There is private parking in the orchard 20m from the main entrance. There is always someone: we are usually in the garden. The house is quiet: the sound of rain, wind and birds. We are naturally available and always ready to accommodate our guests. In the heart of the Régional Natural Park of the Perche, you can enjoy many activities. 1 mile from the house there is a GR (for Great Hike) wich can be follow with a red and white stripes. 6 miles from the house there is the house of the regional natural park of perche where all informations needed are explained. Farms, castle, river, botanic garden, horse-riding etc... To get to us by train: from Paris, leaving from Montparnasse station, a TER train (regional SNCF) takes you to Nogent-le-Rotrou. From there, bus n ° 70 drops you off in Rémalard (where we can possibly pick you up). We are 7 km from the city center.
