Our 45 m² Seestern holiday apartment was completely renovated in 2018 and modernly furnished. It is ideal for 2 adults or families with up to 2 children. We are happy to provide a baby travel cot for the smallest guests free of charge. The apartment is furnished with everything you need for everyday use. It also has its own terrace with garden furniture, an electric grill and a parasol. We provide towels and bed linen as well as tea towels and washing utensils free of charge. Also a large selection of consumables (toilet paper, coffee filter, trash bags, etc.) Our kitchen has the following devices: - Fridge- Freezer- Dishwasher- Electric cooker- Oven- Toaster- Coffee maker- Kettle In our spacious family bedroom you have the following equipment: - Parents bed with 2 mattresses each 100 x 200 cm - Bunk bed, 100 x 200 cm- On request a baby travel bed- spacious wardrobeThe apartment is located in a quiet residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac in the district of Neunkirchen / Nahe (Nohfelden). It is in close proximity to a bike and hiking trail, right on the edge of the forest. The Bostalsee and the Bostalsee leisure center with diverse offers such as B. Indoor playground, lido, gastronomy, circular lake walk, large adventure playground and much more are in approx. 1.5 km away and offer numerous leisure activities for young and old for all seasons and weather. On-site costs: The total price includes the following services: - Overnight accommodation - Additional costs (electricity, heating, water, etc.) - Final cleaning - Towels in various sizes - Bed linen - Toilet paper - Soap - Cleaning agents - Dishwashing utensils - Various consumables Conditions are 50% of the total amount due immediately and transfer to our account. Please note: The apartment is only booked for you once you have received payment. 50% of the total amount is due 1 month before your arrival and must be transferred to our account. Cancellation fees: from booking confirmation up to 1 month before arrival: 50% of the total amount 1 month before arrival until arrival day: 90% of the total amount No refund in case of no-show or early departure. We recommend that you take out travel insurance.
