Our beautifully refurbished flat, is located ABOVE our award winning pub - the Nelson Arms. Only 500m from Tonbridge Station (35mins to London) & a short stroll to the bustling high street. For the nature lover, several beautiful country parks are on our doorstep! Located in a quiet residential area, the pub downstairs offers food everyday & an array of drinks from quality cask ales & craft lagers, to a huge choice of local & artisan gins. Live acoustic music every Friday 8 - 10.30pm. The Nelson flat is above our award winning pub & entrance to the apartment requires guests to go through patio beer garden. The pub itself has tv screens for the sport enthusiast, a comfortable saloon bar & locals' favourite- a cosy Snug area for those wanting a quiet drink. The apartment is newly refurbished. With big windows throughout, the flat is lovely & bright & airy. Tailored to a boutique hotel standard, we have ensured to provide quality linen, towels & furnishings. What's more is each bedroom & the living room all come equipped with smart TVs - meaning not only can you enjoy cable TV but also have access to Netflix & other exciting features. 2 bedrooms, the master has a super king size bed, & the spare bedroom has a small double. So the apartment will comfortably sleep 3 people, but can sleep 4 if necessary. Entire apartment to yourself. Access through pub garden. Often on site & always available by mobile preferably, or also by email. Someone will be on site downstairs in the pub (in the event we are not here) from 3 - 11pm weekdays, 11 - 12pm Fridays & Saturdays, & 11 - 10pm Sundays. Very quiet residential area (no through roads) a 5 minute stroll to Tonbridge park, & 2 award winning country parks - Barden and Hayseden, both of which have beautiful central lakes, & lots of wildlife. We are also just 500m from Tonbridge high street & the train station. There is a local corner shop 25m away at the end of the road, to meet your basic needs. Free parking on site. 500m Tonbridge main line Station (35 mins to London). 500m from all main bus routes, a large taxi rank & nearby car hire. Direct access to A21 dual carriageway to join the M25 (10 mins). Apartments located ABOVE the pub. Typically it is a fairly quiet, locals pub, with little disturbance due its residential location. However every Friday evening, we have live acoustic music from 8 - 10.30pm. Also it should be noted that access to the apartments requires guests to go through the beer garden.
