You will enjoy the quiet neighborhood setting with large grass lot and woods behind the home. The gravel parking lot will accommodate multiple vehicles and toys! The beautiful Truman Lake is right around the corner, less than five minutes to the marina where you can launch your boat, rent a slip or hang on the dock and order food and drinks! Close to everything! Adorable A frame lake house with multiple decks, plenty of parking and new stainless appliances. Master bedroom is on the main level with large closets and a queen bed. Upstairs there is a bunk room with two sets of triple bunk beds, sleeps six. Across the hall is a large bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, dressers and a Kuerig. Exterior door leads to the upper deck where you can have your coffee before you ever come down stairs. This home has a front porch with comfortable furniture. Just down the hall from the kitchen, you will find the covered back deck. We will be available by text or email during your stay. This is a welcoming community of homes that is as close as you can get to Truman Lake! There are great bike trails in the area. There are two restaurants, a pavilion, boat launch and marina less than a 5 minute drive away. Most locals get there by golf cart. You are welcome to bring your watercraft. Overnight slips are available for rent from Street Creek Marina. Travel is very easy in Warsaw! This home is only a few miles from groceries, fuel and the heart of the city. There are many locally owned shops and restaurants near Drake Harbor as well as walking and bike trails.
