Spiral staircase leading to a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The bed can be made up as twin beds. Sofa bed in the living room, so the cottage can accommodate up to 4 people. Free WiFi, TV/DVD player & off-road parking. Continental style breakfast or full English available for an additional charge. Beautiful peaceful rural location, perfect for groups, family holidays, romantic retreats or busy businessmen. Short and long stays available (discounts negotiable). Contractors welcome. Well behaved children & dogs welcome too! An outside seating area is located at the front of the property. A bespoke function room is on-site and available for hire. The hosts can arrange craft, cookery and flower arranging workshops, and a range of catering options are available on request, perfect for guests staying as part of a group. Dogs are allowed on request, but there is a small additional fee (£7.50 per night). Please note the prices are based on two guests sharing the double bed. If the sofa bed is required when only two guests are staying, there will be an additional charge of £5 for the extra linen. The property is self-contained and guests have sole access to the cottage and its facilities. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in a separate building on-site. The hosts like to give their guests space, however, they live on-site and are always on-hand to help. Guests can simply knock on their door, or contact them via telephone, AirBnB or text.
