Simple low cost apartment

Simple and quiet one-room flat (studio) on the ground floor near the river Wörnitz in a nice surroundings of the old town of Harburg. The apartment hast it's own bathroom with toilet. There is new central heating. The apartment is placed on a separate floor (ground floor) with access to a front garden, so offers a quite place for a restful time in Harburg. Private room with small kitchen unit and own fridge, front garden, adjoining bathroom with toilet. Using the washing machine costs 0,50 €. You can also park your bike or motorbike in our garage after agreement with me. The apartment is placed on a separate floor, where you have your privacy, but you can visit us upstairs for a coffee break. The house is placed on a side street with a quite neighborhood near the river Wörnitz. The are two supermarkets, post office, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants and an old castle reachable on foot. Train, station called "Harburg(Schwab)" with nearly hourly connections to Aalen or Nördlingen (16 minutes) and Donauwörth (11 minutes) and some direct connections to Augsburg (1 hour) and Munich (1:40 h. with ICE), 2:30 h to Munich airport with local trains without ICE. There are also good main roads to travel by car to all these cities. We can also borrow you an old bike to reach the train station. There is a free parking in front of the house. When it is full, you can reach another free parking in 5 minutes on foot.
